Anyone tried the HID conversion kits from these people - http://www.visionbulbs.com/

(instructions to fit - http://www.visionbulbs.com/HID_inst.html)

My son has just ordered a kit for his Supra, highly recommended on the Supra forum apparently, £132, free shipping, seems like a bargain. Thinking this might be a nice upgrade for my C270 for not much money........

Oh well, I'll give this one a miss and go for the Fluffy dice and the Nodding dog in the back window instead :D

Don't know yet, they're "in transit" at the moment, I'll let you know in due course ;)

they'll do the job, and how. I've seen those aftermarket kits in action (driving behind a car that had them)...they were bright.
It's just the legal issue, I am not sure about. Anyhow 4300K to 6000k is the colour range to go for.
