Hiding caller ID on Nokia 6310i

I can't get my 6310i to hide my caller ID when I place it in the built in car kit. As soon as I take it out of the car the caller ID is blocked. Does someone know if there is something in the car kit software that will block it for me? Thanks

Have you been into the menu when the phone is in the car kit? The settings should be picked up by the profile when you do that.
