High mileage ML

I am looking to buy an ML which has had a gas conversion. The mileage is 108,000 which I think is quite high (its a 2000 'W') The servicing has been ok but not perfect, although it is from a garage so will have mot service etc. Are these good cars to have, even with high miles? Am in need of advice!

I have just baught a 2002 AMG with an LPG conversion with 65k on the clock, i know its newer, different spec and less miles but its an excellent "car" and cost of gas makes it even more of a pleasure to drive everyday.
