High Pitch Noise

Hi everyone, I currently have an A180 2017 1.6L and I'm concerned about certain stuff. I was doing a long drive the past weeks and all of the sudden every time I press the gas pedal I hear a high pitch noise. It only happens though when I'm doing long drives, like 2-3h drives.

Any help will be appreciated thanks.
