high pitched noise from the right front dashboard

This noise like a squeeeeeeeeeeeeeek, keeps on going for a few seconds and comes on only after driving off a few hundred meters. Then it goes off, comes back sometimes. Touching the indicator or washer stalk cuts it off. Why I don't know, but I will try again and record the event as it unfolds. Sounds like a vacuum leak from the hoses or the connectors on the front right hand side near the driver(RHD) and next to the fusebox. This is only a guess with me in the driver's seat. Any ideas or similar happennings with you guys? :?:

I had a similar problem once! It turned out to be the levelling dial for the headlights,It only stopped when I turned it to number 3 or was it number 0 cant remember but I eventually fitted another one which cured the problem.
