Just thought I'd give everyone a giggle at the high end of an insurance quote
They clearly just do not want the business
But it might be a really really nice courtesy car with ole Barry Grainger

You wonder why these companies don't block their system from quoting ludicrous prices- can't be good for their image. Out of interest what was the cheapest price you got?
Around 600 I think, will post my actual renewal price when I do it
You need to look for insurance for a 17 year old to get some astounding numbers.
I did on my 911 - £69,000
Maybe the courtesy car is a Veyron!
Don't forget to include this forum's preferred partner MBO Insurance in the mix. If I can help, please drop me a PM with your phone number or call the team on 08000286463.
Has anyone had a good price with MBO insurance out of interest.
Never tried them, always go through Moneysupermarket and each time they come up with Tesco. Got mine this year for £208 with Tesco who I have now been with for three years now. More than happy with that
Yes... I had a week free when I bought the SLK...
GEE! That's some very very pricy insurance!
They refused to insure me, no experience
Only been driving for nearly 40 years
They quoted me a very high price a few years ago and I never bothered since.Since they are a forum supporter and post here often I was interested in people’s views.
My quote ended up at 680 for the year
I paid £460 for a dual cars policy with Admiral, reasonable for a E350CDI, & a SLC250d.
Been with them for 3 years, each year they put the price up. I get quotes from elsewhere, & each year they match it.
If I stand on a ladder and say, "shall I compare thee to a summers day", is that a high quote?
