Hollow engine noise

I got a hollow engine noise whilst I’m driving and if I idle and Rev the engine it gives out a hollow sound.., I’m trying to add a video to this forum but it won’t attach.
It’s an 2015 e300 diesel hybrid

That's misfiring badly, sounds like its running on two or three cylinders.

It’s just came out from a Mercedes Specialst who had the car for 4 weeks replacing the turbo.. and he thinks there’s nothing wrong with it at all

You need a better specialist. That definitely sounds like a misfire.
