How a busy retail convenience store business can survive without a van ( esprinter ) ?

My e -sprinter van registered September 2020 has malfunction in the electric and has been with the Mercedes garage ( Largest dealer ) in Surrey since 8 November 2022 for the replacement of electric drive unit.
The dealer did not provide us curtesy vehicle. I have contacted UK Mercedes customer service ( Based in Netherlands) and Mercedes Benz Finance which provides the finance
for the van without any solution . Its directly leased out from the Mercedes dealer.
We are using three cars for cash & carry shopping three times and hiring a van for a day in a week. We also transporting goods to another branch in a similar way.
How reliable is the large multinational company and its customer service?
Someone Please advise me how get my van back or courtesy vehicle ?

I am assuming your van is with a MB commercial dealer.
Don't they have an equivalent like mobilo to keep you on the road?
Sadly not uncommon with global crisis and many parts on back order - esp electronic related.
You can scream for compensation - easy out for MB is Force majeure.
