How can I get in-touch with MB head office?

I would like to write to the MB big Cheese about the lack of customer post sales care in the UK as well as the ludicrous prices that are charged set against poor level of service.

Does anyone have contact details?

Try sending this guy a letter, he's pretty high up:-

Although I bet he wont do anything about it, he will at least acknowledge your letter, if he gets enough of these complaint letters, perhaps he will get fed up and start asking for changes.
Interestingly enough I was called by a company called RSVP a couple of days ago who have been asked by MB to speak to customers and find out what experiences they have had with MB and dealers.
Apparently there have been many complaints and people leaving the brand and sales of MB cars have slipped by around 7% on this time last year and even the increased sales of Smart cars isnt helping.........so does this mean that MB are going to start listening to customer issues now ?
