How can I reset the computer on 05 E220

Hi hope someone can help, The car as only done 12000 miles and was serviced at 10985, I've not used it for twelve months due to illness, now there's a warning that It has gone over a D service by over a hundred days. The reset procedure I've used in the past won't work.
Can someone help please.

Hello and welcome,, these things count down on days as well as mileage.

Even if you have taken it away from the display it is still recorded in the car log.

Its neither here nor there as my car only did 15k miles in the first 5 years of its life, and had 2 services in that time
