How do I know axle load?

I want to get some lowering springs for my w212 2012 e350 cdi . On the website/listings it says to check what the front and back axle load is but I don’t know where to find that info , anyone know ?

There should be a sticker on the drivers door shut showing the total , front and rear axle weights
