How do I replace interior door handle bulb

On my w220 S320L I would like to replace the subtle bulb that illuminates the pull handle on the doors.

Does anyone have a diagram or instructions how to remove the wood panel and the door trim?

IS there anyway to get a closer look? I need to know where the screws are to remove the 'blinker lamp' and the trim around it.

Has anyone performed this before?

Blinker lamp item 64 in the pics looks to be a push fit.
