How do you get the window down when the electric motor doesn't work?

Hello again. This is a follow up to my broken quarter glass. Just been outside to put the new one in. But there's a problem with the electric window and I can't wind it down to release the bolts to then lift it out. Does any one know how to wind the glass down without the motor?

Release the motor and the winder mecanism and it should drop enough to get the glass away from the mecanism, I dont remember if the glass is clipped on or screwed to the winder , i will try and check it for you .. when u unscrew the mecanism u will have to fiddle around with it to get it to slide sideways along the door
