How do you see Mercedes Benz UK ?

Me, I got 3 mercs here, a C250 Turbodiesel, a 310 Sprinter, and a almost new 316 Sprinter, all great to drive ! untill one gets a problem !!! And then one sees the the true side of Mercedes, how can I put this and be polite "Autocratic" may be the best word I can think off !
