Think mb were doing it for £99. You can download the updates to an sd card and diy. But you need to buy a code number .
Well tbh it reminds me of Garmin, for example I was on the A1/M yesterday and the Sat Nav was insisting I was in a field next to the Motor Way this went on for 20 miles. I could use my IPhone but bought the car with Sat Nav in it, so decided to use it as do a bit of commuting. Sadly I have found it’s lacking. And Yes, it does take ages to load and calculate
Holy Poop. It is Garmin ( just looked it up) That explains it then
I have a Garmin on my motor bike. You have 2 drive options quickest & shortest. Quickest is via every motorway, shortest is via every narrow lane!Well tbh it reminds me of Garmin, for example I was on the A1/M yesterday and the Sat Nav was insisting I was in a field next to the Motor Way this went on for 20 miles. I preset most of my routes adding many many waypoints so I almost get all the roads I want to rideI have a Garmin on my motor bike. You have 2 drive options quickest & shortest. Quickest is via every motorway, shortest is via every narrow lane!
Yes agreed I do the same on planned routes. Its when you are out & have to change the route for a reason.I preset most of my routes adding many many waypoints so I almost get all the roads I want to ride
Pleased to hear that Steve, my 212 sat nav is a very poor performer in all aspects.Out of fairness to Mercedes, I have to say the Comand NTG5*2 in my 2018 car is fast and accurate. Live Traffic works pretty well and my system still supports the speed camera download and audible alerts.
