hi,
can anyone tell me if i have a rare 190e??
as i've only had her for 8 months and don't know much about 190's:confused:
it's an A reg(84) which in itself isn't much but all the 190's i've seen all have side repeaters and mine doesn't have them.

cheers:D

In the US the cars don't have side repeaters, maybe other countries lack them like say South Africa (also RHD)? Or maube they were only added at later point.

It may have been a special order, mostly it is to do with country of first import
One could also say maybe it has had new front wings, but the two reasons above are the most common

Cars didn't require side repeaters until aug 1989. After that all cars were fitted with them as it is a mot requirement in the uk.

Hi,
Does anyone know what the spring connected to the idle value under the bonnet is called. Mine has snapped and the car cannot tick over.
