How to clean egr?

Been running tests using xentry to try and identify a noise coming from under the air filter (deep tick tick sound)

When running all the tests I could the only ones coming up not OK were egr.

One of the remedies said it could be clogged egr lines etc.

How would I go about cleaning the egr lines valves etc ?
