thanks for reply

but some time it starts fine i did change o rings

Air bubbles in return line --> leak somewhere (hoses itself brittle, claps not tight, fuel filter housing craked etc.)
no bubbles --> injector inner leak (or rarely worn hp pump)

Guys, i know its an old topic but i can't find solution for my problem with glow plug relay on w203 220cdi from 2003.
There is no glow plug light on dashboard at all. I checked glow plugs and changed one of them because it was not working. And still no light on dashboard. Then I've checked glow plug relay simply by using wire and 12v bulb. Seems like there is no power supply trough relay when I turn key in heating position. Its the same at all 4 connectors. No power at all. But i don't see anything burned inside relay. What could be a problem for this? This means my car is starting without glow plugs at all.

I would love to know why it blew in the first place, I'm hoping it won't happen again. I think the previous owner had a really bad mechanic as it looks like the glow plug has been replaced but this was left as it is, not working.

serviceable item.... and the software is many years newer in a current part, so might function better
