Im not sure of the 230ce, but on the ML it was a cinch.
Basically support the transmission (trolley jack, bit of wood, dont raise, just support).
Undo 2 bolts (E12 - Torx) at either end of transmission support cross member (4 total) and one central bolt (E12 - holds cross member to mounting). Remove Cross Member.
Remove 2 bolts (E12) from mounting to Transmission.
Offer up new mounting and re-install in reverse of above.
Thats for the ML, probably not too different from yours.
