Seems cheaper than the usual supects (ECP, GSF).
Anyone used them or have any experience.

I have used them recently, good prices and delivery in about a week. There are a couple of uk websites that are autodoc in disguise....

I have used them when I've needed to order a few parts together e.g I ordered a complete set of shocks, springs and shock mounts.
They are on of the better sites when you are searching from MB part numbers.

I used them recently to buy some low dust front brake pads,
Delivery took 8 days, but the parts are sent via DHL with tracking and were cheaper than anywhere else I looked.
They also trade under buycarparts co.uk which is a bit naughty as all parts come from Germany.
I'd buy from Autodoc again.

The catch comes if you have wrong or faulty parts. I bought an A/C pump off them that didn't work. It took 4 months and about 30 emails to get my money back

They have their own (multiple named) websites every country I belive, don't know where their storages are.

Used Auitodoc for some time no problems and delivery is on time . But navigating the site is a pain with lots of parts shown that are not for your car, this is if you use the search button .

Autodoc do print the MB part # alongside their part so using the EPC http://mb-teilekatalog.info/?lang=E&mode=BM&class=1&aggtyp=&markt=AG&mmod=E
you are able to check the part number will fit.

Latest experience:

Ordered a pair of Shock absorbers on 19/08/2020
They arrived around 25/08/2020
I realised they were not the same type as the originals.
Raised the matter with them and a few emails were exchanged
They issued returns note on 1/09/2020
I returned them via Post office on 8/09/2020
They contacted me on 17/09/2020 to ask if I wanted credit to my account or returned to my bank
money arrived in my account on 20/09/2020

So, I thought they were very professional and would recommend and have used them since

Currently 3 weeks waiting for delivery of some front discs. Only just received shipping acknowledgement after emailing and chasing. Previously used with few issues. Often much better parts selection than UK based sellers. However had a couple of parcels not arrive in the past due to them not applying the address correctly on the label.

I have used them for a few years now and always got what I ordered. (Usually things like suspension items, brakes, door struts etc).

I like the variety they have to offer, so you can choose the brand you really want rather than be forced to go with what ECP/GSF sell. I like the technical details supplied about the parts compared ECP/GSF so you don't have to guess if they will get it right if you have something a bit special or specific.

Delivery is usually about 7 working days.

Across forums I have seen complain about their returns being horrendous and having been sent the wrong item(s). Personally I had to enquire about tracking but they couldn't tell me anymore than what the high level delivery tracker status (in German) told me so, that's poor.
