Hydraulic Fluid Level

Not sure if this is a technical thread or not.

Anyhow, I noticed that the rear of my W124 estate is sitting slightly lower than it should. I have checked the hydraulic fluid level and it looks like the tank is a bit more than 2/3 full. Should this be full to the top? There doesn't seem to be a marker on the tank to show the ideal level.

Any replies greatly appreciated.
