Put a float switch on old washer motor so u can pump it back in!! Seems u have a bigger prob

The orange seals should be a service item (every 2 years atleast)
Use tyre paste on the seal to turbo.
The only beach on the OM642 is getting the batwing lined up with the filters so it all fits snug and proper.
Worst design ever by MB

The design of this seal is poor as the hose clip tightens around the seal but oil still escapes from the locating holes of the seal that are before the hose clip.
