You dont say what car you have but search for (duo valve).

If you turn the temperature dial to the hottest setting and if you don't get any hot air from the system then it is possibly a duo valve system.

I take it that you have no other problems with the car, and that it's coolant system is full?

Hard without knowing the car,duo valve normally fail in the hot mode, and if the is an inline pump it could be that which has failed

yah i was forget, my car is a W202 C250TD Jul/1997 (II).
Yah i was suspect the duo valve. I dont have any problems with my coolant system, i have a very good cool air when i chose cold but with hot nothing else thant cool air :)
So i was mesurate the tension between + and - off both valve, 9V when roller is in position hot and 11V when position off roller was in cold.
Also, when i touch the output off duo valve or input i dont know exactly (2 pipes) both off theme was hot whene roller is in hot.
So what happ friends????!!!!!!

If you have one and I am sure that you should the intake comes from the front of the engine and the output hose goes to the duo valve as in the link

If the pipe to the duo valve comes directly from the front of the engine pump, then you have not got one

I believe if ever I have the duo valve, this is will be in the part of the engine close to the instrument panel? But how I must make to reach it?

Dec I was thinking last night in bed, that if the engine temp never got above say 40c, if you put water at 40c through a heater matrix, it would not feel warm once it has been blown through with the fan, just a though, thanks for the picture

Good point Malcolm.
So basimer what is the temperature reading of the car when hot, it should be about 80c to 82c.
The pipes should be very hot to touch.

yeh exactly Dec.
The temperature reading is between 80 and 82 or 83 when the engine is hot and 2 pipes (output off duo valve) are hot hot also the duo valve electrical equipment.
