22-26 round town and maybe 33 on a run so not tragic either.

It was the mileage factor too, I know if it has a good history, but it's the rest of the car at that mileage, eg bush's, bearing, pipe's ect ect, might just leave it.

It is a lot of car for the money. At least take a look at it, search well fro rust that will be one of your bigger worries.
