IAT problem

Hello all,
I got a four error on diagnostics p0097 p0097 p0111 and p0112,
I also replaced the IAT sensor and that was code p0113 witch was cleared.
Now i cant clear those 4 codes i dont know where to start to look.
Anyone have something similar before?

When you delete codes and you drive than car shakes for sec and got p0103 maf sensor a hight circuit, and the reading of maf is 0.00 so i think this could be the problem.

You're much more likely to get help if you write the fault descriptions, not just the codes.

The MAF has an integrated inlet air temp sensor. So if you're getting codes for both, that is likely to be the suspect. The descriptions should give an IAT, IAT 1 will be MAF.
Although integrated, the MAF and IAT will have different supplies, but may be a common ground. So check wiring and test with multimeter before just replacing the part.
