hi guys , well in the last week i have changed the coolant temp sensor/ charcoal canister / and air flow sensor / and no difference, untill tuesday night on the way home from work, normally start her when cold, idles 1100rpm, go about 1/2 mile idle drops to 750 rpm / in drive or revearse drops to 600 rpm which is slightly to low as she starts to judder, thats the only way i can describe it, go to pull away slight flat spot then fine, now i've put the flat spot down to where the idle is to low, on tuesday night the SRS light would come on sometimes when stopped then go out, now the point where i would get the slight judder, became very vialent, the rpm was going 500 - 650, this carried on for the next 4 stops at lights, temp now reading 80 + so all ok, parked in a layby,, in park for say 20 sec and let her settle back to 750 rpm and she was fine for the next 10 miles with 5 stops,
this morning same thing, BUT if you knock her back in to " N " just as your about to stop idles fine, so i thought must be the gear box / or clutch not working right, then she done something she`s never done before she died at a set of lights, tried to restart her and it was hard, key turned for at least 25 seconds and a lot of pumping from the throttle she started, so decided to go for a small run where there are 6 sets of lights, every time i stopped she purred like a kitten at 650 rpm, no judder just lovely ?? put the code reader on her came back on pin 6 3 blinks SRS, so cleared it on pin 8 HFM 7-8 blinks, so cleared it, not had the change to drive her yet as i've got the works van for a few days, any thoughts on this, as i've seem to of run out of things to try?????

run down as you all know,

engine rebuild,
rebuilt wiring loome,
new air mass,
new o.v.p.r,
new lambda sensor,
new charcoal canister,
new air flow sensor,
new coolant sensor,

new leads,

changed throttle body with a good one,

now run out of ideas,

Have you checked battery voltage and output voltage from alternator?

Low voltage can play havoc with the electrical systems
