idle spend is to high and it hesitates on accretion

I have a Mercedes C200 , I have resonantly replaced the lambda sensor and the spark plugs in the hope of curing a problem that I have been having witch is that idle spend is to high and it hesitates on accretion. If I switch off and start again the car is ok for a while and then goes back as before.
