where is the amp likely to be if my clk is bose
The chances are that you will have four speaker wires and one common return to all your speakers, look for mV with a multimeter when your radio is on to identify which is which while adjusting the fade and balance settings to identify the channels, the 5th return wire will not be connected to the chassis so keep your test leads on the 5 wires/sockets.the wiring from the car speakers is only 5 wires, thats my problem
It means your Amp is as post #2 fixed to the inside of your rear NS wing
I wouldn't 2nd guess with HK as they've been using different digital technologies between components for quite some time now, the OP asked where the Amp was, I've no idea what the goal is?No doubt. But that still doesn't change the fact that he has no other Control Connector/Wires for the actual Headunit...?? Which whatever System he has is still very strange. Unless it is operated Wirelessly, which I doubt otherwise the Speaker Control would be also.
I think the best thing he can do is take it to a Specialist ICE Tech.
MB reuse vin options, so during production the audio upgrade will be Bose for a certain number of years, they then switched to HK for the audio upgrades.ive just done a vin check and my stereo is HARMEN KARDON,what does that mean
