Ignition Timing Settings

Can anyone out there help me?

I am after the timing settings for my 1988 2.0ltr Manual - 190 mercedes, I have a Stromberg Carb and I have a TSZ Ignition system and I am running normal unleaded fuel.

Also does anyone know the correct idle speed for this model?

Idle speed 700-800 with air con 720-820


TSZ 10-16 btdc leaded fuel not listed for unleaded

Thanks for the info 190,

This is the info I have found in the Haynes manual but I can't understand why unleaded fuel settings are not listed, as MB recommend running this car on unleaded fuel in the original owners handbook.
