I recently crashed my lotus exige, so I decided that I'd buy a car that I've wanted for ages, an SLK!

It's a 350 and I love it, what a quality car!

Hi and welcome to the forum, how did you throw the Lotus up the road?

After a bend in the road, I span off on warm, newly wetted roads. I came into contact with a fence, which caused all of the damage you can see there.

Patch it back up and a perfect track day car if kudos of a few battle scars. Stick a 'Ring' sticker on the back and no one will know you did't loose it at Pflanzgarten 2 in the wet.

I was so embarrased when I had the job of driving a rolled Masserati Mistral back in the late 60's back to the factory in Merderna, Italy, that I put a number on the doors. Someone on the ferry asked me why the paint was scratched under the number:Oops:

Yeah I would like to keep it although I have one of those new houses with a double garage and no driveway, this means that there's room for my partner's car, the slk, but no Lotus.

It's a hard life.
