Import/Export data

My car went off for repair after an accident and as I wasn't sure if it would be written off, I exported the settings to a memory card (that also has music and traffic camera data on it).
However on return of the car I am unable to import the data. That option is greyed out. The music and camera warnings work fine so I know the command can "see" the card.

Any ideas?

Slight change here. I found an online American manual that said the car must be running. This brought to life the greyed out line but only for export not import. Progress of a sort I suppose. I’ll keep trying.
