Independant Merc Garaage required near Manchester

I'm new to the site and have a 98 S Class and looking to service the car and giving it the once over, the dealers are asking too much for a service anyone know of any Independant specialists around the manchester area that i can take my car to?

if you are going to Rochdale

you might as well try Duke St Autopoint. I've been taking all my cars of many varieties there for years. The proprietor/chief mechie has had many a Merc himself and really can handle his spanners.
