The only one I have used is based in South Edinburgh; http://www.deutschmarque.co.uk/. One of the guys who set it up is an ex. MB trained technician who used to work for Western Mercedes in Edinburgh. A few years ago the cost of their service for my C230K was about 50% of the MB quote.
