Advice please
Indicators have stopped working , still work with hazard switch, so I think it is stalk on steering colum, is this as big a job as it sounds from Haynes. Do I have to disconect battery before removing steering wheel airbag? I do not have radio code so am reluctant to do this, if I do not disconect battery first will I have to get SRS light reset?

Cheers

Woah there!!
Unless you are experienced with airbags, (and my appologies if you are) I wouldn't mess with the steering wheel on an SRS equipped car. I know of two "experienced" mechanics who have damn near blown themselves up with those things.

Personally I'd work backwards to the stalk....check out the flasher relay first, then put a meter on the switching supply to the relay, and switch on at the stalk to check if there is current from the switch. if there is, then you don't have to go messing with the stalk. Not sure how easy it is to get to the feed to the relay, but should be less hazardous, and you won't need a radio code.
