I have recently replaced the water pump on my 2013 slk250d .After putting it back together I noticed an electrical connector with the wires pulled out on the garage floor . Now my indicators seem to be cutting out when the auto headlights come on. The hazards are working fine. When I stop the car remove and reinsert the key they seem to reset back to normal until the auto lights come on again. I have looked in vain for any loose wire around the water pump area that I may have caught and pulled out by accident but cant see one. Does any one have any thoughts on the indicator problem and could it be a result of this mystery electrical connector on the floor. Thanks for any feed back.
