Indicators Not Working

My flashing indicators have suddenly stopped working! Well that's not strictly true, I signal and they come on but do not flash! Same with the hazards. Where is the solenoid? it is the probable cause and needs replacing. By the way is it a 1998 SLK230K

No. 35 is the control unit, I would make sure first though as they are likely to be pricey.

Sounds more like a faulty relay to me. When they fail they just click to one side and stay there instead of clicking from one side to the other.

Fraid its all ecu's and switched outputs now, with an audible clicker for comfort.
