I have a 2003 SL with light grey alpca seats this is combined with a darker grey dash and upper door cards any idea of the name of the darker grey as I want to order some paint to repair

If you download MB Vin Decoder for Android (or iPhone too I believe) and put in the vehicle VIN you should get all the colour codes for paint/trim etc.

I need to repair the upper door card on my 2007 R230 (between the armrest and wood trim)I’ve removed the whole door card, but can’t figure out now how to take the upper card off. Did you remove yours?

Sorry I didn't remove the door cards, but it is something I will need to do

Thanks Mike. in the meantime, I've had an answer (the one I didn't want) that this panel is plastic welded into the mail door card, so treated a whole component. Fortunately the trim guy at Trimmania is going to sort this and redo the stitching for me at a reasonable price tomorrow. Cheers
