Inserting attachments to a post

Tried to add pictures to a post and could not do it

The message receivd was: "check you FTP settings."

I am not expert in computers can anaybody tell me what I should do?

You have to upload your pictures to a web site, I use photo bucket. Upload your pictures there then copy the image address to your post it should look something like this
