install Kenwood DNX4210BT

I would like to replace my audio 20 cd system on my E320 Elegance WDB211 with A Kenwood DNX4210BTwith navigation.
Can any one help me with this any tips or suggestions for a different unit would be most helpful as I want a fully integrated system including use of the steering wheel buttons.

There are adapters for MB steering wheels, look on E-Bay, they are about £50

I have a kenwood 9280 bt in my CLK. Fairly easy to fit. Kenwood do a steering wheel interface but its limited to what it can do, at least on mine. Volume +/- Phone buttons mute/unmute. Track/Channel +/-
