Instrument Cluster Gauges...not functioning

I know there are many posts in various forums about that issue, but, still haven't found the cure for it...
Cluster gauges work intermittently
One needle has a chatter/slight vibration (fuel gauge)
All other needles are unresponsive.
Info panel still functional (temp, odo, time, trip, bulbs)
