Instrument Dimmer switch - ...on 190E - cunningly disguised!

Okay its only taken me four years but hey! I've found it. To a mere mortal its the odometer reset button, but to a mercedes designer its the brightness control too.

I knew there had to be one. Ive searched, I've thought, Ive wondered. Just in case anyone else has gone through the same psychological torment - here y'are now!

(If only I'd had the owners manual!)

If anyone knows where the button for the ejector seat is, please let me know ;-)

Hehe, my dad actually suffered the reverse dilema...

Wow he knew how to dim the dash lights or make them bright, but it took him a few days to figure out how to reset the trip meter
