Insurance for an MB120 van in Spain

Hi, my daughter (25) has just bought an old (1995) MB120 While living in Spain but is now finding it impossible to insure at a reasonable rate.......
She has never had an accident and has a five year no claims bonus but it’s old and she’s abroad....... but I feel for her!!
Any suggestions very gratefully received!!
