One of our members an 80 year old member (living in Liverpool) with a classic mercedes who only drives 100 miles a year, yes 100 miles a year. was quoted £3000.00 a year insurance premium.

After many calls from the MBO we found that Peter Best Insurance would be able to insure an 80 year old, and now our member is back on the road for just £136.00 a year.

Forgetting an arguement over, should someone of this age be even on the road driving!!!.

It proves that by shopping around, you can find a deal.... Well done Peter Best.

I asked him if he had any driving convictions and he responded to say.
"No not ever"
"I did get told off 3 years ago by a policeman who was driving 4 cars behind me as apparently I was driving too slow"
he told the officer
"The other drivers could have over taken me, but were worried to overtake as you were behind them?"

Classic!!!!
