Hi, I want to convert a C240 Sport cloth interior to leather. Anyone had it done, aware of companies in the south east that can?

A friend is paying Mercedes themselves £1900 plus VAT to redo his 500SL in Connolly leather - seats, door panels, back shelf, the lot.  Try asking your local dealer!  I'll ask him for his outlet's details and post them next week.

Thanks for the info guys. B-trim quoted £1100+vat which I thought was good.

Tried my local dealer that I have a long relationship with. They were not interested and suggested the cheapest option was to by a new car! They were not interested in a p/x on my own when I asked either!!

The comment that shocked me was when the salesman suggested the quality of my '99 model C-class was heapes better than the new model. "Basically they are not up to the same materials or buld quality as the old model" were the words he used.
