Could anyone please give me a list of things to do or check to sort this problem out as it's driving me nuts.
Problem is that when car is engaged in drive or reverse the idle drops to 500rpm and runs lumpy. When car is put into park or neutral she purrs at 750rpm.
Whilst driving there is no problems at all, smooth and lots of pull.
In the last 6 months the car has had a full service inc transmission oil change and new plugs so these can be dismissed from the problem.
My indie says don't worry about it as she drives perfect, but it's a mercedes and i wan't it to be right !!!
