intermitent wiper/indicator/electric mirror fault

for the past 3-4month i have been having an intermitent fault with
1)wiper
2)indicators
3)electric external and rear view mirrors
4)flash
5) srs light

they all fail at the same time for a period of 20-40 minutes and then funtion properly.

is there a rely or circuit board that may me damp or sticking...or worse.

I would said that is would be best if you cleaned all of the fuses with a lubricating switch cleaner also the relay pins first

i have checked/cleaned the fuses last month but it still occcured today.
what/where are the relay pins as i will try this now?
