Hi Everyone,
I am hoping someone out there might have either experienced this, or knows of possible reason(s).
For the past month or so, my 1995 S420 has started to give me a rough start to the point it feels as though it is going to stall. It starts to do a mild shake, the RPMS get low, but it doesn't stall ... just acts like it will. The first time I experienced, I turned the ignition off and when restarted, it was fine. Now though, it is happening more often (but still intermitten) and if I shut it off and restart, I have the same problem. Then I leave it sit for a day and come back to it working perfectly fine.
Naturally, I took it to my reliable mechanic and he has had the vehicle for 3 days and, of course, it isn't happening. Isn't that always the case?
I do need my wheels and will probably pick it up and bring it home. However, I am frustrated as I do not know why it would be fine for days and days and then out of no where act up only to go back to being fine again.
Any ideas on what the problem could be? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
