I've a strange oddball intermittent problem with my 316 sprinter, when the engine is hot (does not have these symptoms when cold) whilst cruising at say 2.5k rpm it feels like i've taken my foot of the accelerator for half a second or less then she picks up again, sometimes only once in 5 mins then other times over and over again. Not to sure where to start looking, water in the diesel maybe?
