Intermittent fault

While driving to the tyre Garage this afternoon I noticed a bit less boost than normal. The cars showing fault P029900 low pressure to turbo 1 only when I plug in the Autel. No EML has come on so far. After getting the new tyres and driving around then home the car was absolutely fine pulled away like you’d expect (like a rocket)
So the fault seems to happen when cold.
I haven’t had chance to look at any live data and pressures so see if anything stands out.
I’m guessing it could be anything from a split hose to a dodgy turbo.

Anyone any ideas engine is the M276
