You can buy in-car PCs which fit into a single din. They have a few USB ports on the facia for things like Keyboard/Mouse, etc. I have a DVD with a flip out screen which I could connect to a PC.
For the internet. You'd need 3G. My I-phone does the business for the net on the move. I think you can buy a 3G USB dongle. So I don't imagine that it's too difficult to retro-fit something pretty similar.
In-car DVD player also has an SD card slot, so potential is there for 4-8gb of tunes, movies, pictures, whatever you like!!!
